Reproflow Lab was established in 2023 and was born out of the in-house lab of Sims IVF (ZentraLab) in an effort to continue to diminish the "black box" of unexplained infertility. Specializing in immune mediated implantation failure and unexplained pregnancy loss, we use state-of-the-art 11 colour flow cytometry and specialist antibodies to effectively discriminate the white blood cell immunophenotype and the specialist cells within. We have worked and published extensively in this fascinating field since 2017. Drawing from the analysis of over 1,300 blood samples and more than 600 endometrial biopsies, we provide expert interpretation of reports, backed by evidence to support personalized treatment strategies.
Reproflow has made significant strides in developing the RUI, RPI, and EB3 tests, which provide a deeper understanding of the endometrial and immunological factors contributing to infertility. These innovative diagnostic tools offer detailed insights into the uterine environment and immune system activity, paving the way for personalized treatment strategies that can improve success rates for women struggling to conceive. Additionally, anonymized data is collected and analyzed to generate statistical evidence of immunological dysfunction. This research is aimed at publication in peer-reviewed journals, contributing to the ongoing exploration of this complex and evolving field.
